Fresh organic produce in these original creations are supplied by Deep Roots Farm, Copake N.Y., a family run business with Farm Stands at the Tarrytown and Katonah, NY Farmer's Markets. It is worth a visit to these towns on a Saturday to meet the owners Scott and Stormie and buy some of the best, most interesting, tasty and fresh produce anywhere!
